Bump ups to another class with the exception of Open Mini and Open will not be allowed in 2010. Example: I can run either Lightweight MIni and Open Mini or Heavyweight Mini and Open Mini. I can not run Lightweight Mini and Heavyweight Mini. Same Rules apply to Supermoto classes.
